Frederick Pride at the Delaplaine Arts Center

Take a break from the summer heat and step inside the Delaplaine Arts Center during local community festivals for a fun, creative escape. Visitors of all ages are invited to stop in and make a themed art project inspired by the day’s festivities. This free hands-on activity is a great way for families, children, and festivalgoers to relax, get creative, and enjoy a cool indoor break while exploring one of Frederick’s favorite arts destinations. Please note that the festival takes place from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Admission and participation are free.
