William Lester “Bill” Follett, 84, of Baltimore County, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2026, surrounded by his family at Carroll Lutheran Village in Westminster. Born October 8, 1941, in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Lester Stewart and Ruth Catherine Follett and the devoted husband of 62 years to Barbara R. Follett. Bill dedicated 38 years as a Public Health Educator and served as Past President of the American Lung Association. He loved travel, golf, and family time, and enjoyed working at Disney for 10 years in Florida. Bill is lovingly remembered by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
