Carroll County Master Gardeners Heirloom Tomato Festival

The Carroll County Master Gardeners Heirloom Tomato Festival is an educational and family-friendly event focused on celebrating heirloom tomatoes and sustainable gardening practices. Attendees can learn how to grow heirloom tomatoes as well as how to collect and save their seeds. The festival features tastings of dozens of heirloom tomato varieties, along with a collection of tomato-based recipes and displays of delicious tomato dishes. Guests can also meet “Miss Tomato,” participate in a fun guessing game to estimate the number of tomatoes in a jar for a chance to win a prize, and gain practical tips on managing common garden pests.
