Victoria Leigh “Tori” Nefflen, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2026, following a courageous six-year battle with multiple blood cancers. A graduate of Westminster High School and the University of Maryland, Tori dedicated her life to service, advocacy, and creating positive change. She worked with organizations including So What Else and the World Resources Institute, championing causes related to food equity, environmental sustainability, healthcare advocacy, and social justice. Known for her resilience, compassion, and determination, Tori inspired countless people through her activism and unwavering optimism. She will be remembered for her impact, kindness, and deep love for family and community.
