Randy Hayden Brown, 53, of Westminster, passed away on June 19, 2026, at the University of Maryland Hospital. Born on August 15, 1972, he was the son of the late Robert L. Brown and Margaret “Peggy” A. Smith Brown. Randy worked for the Maryland State Highway Administration (MDOT) and dedicated 37 years of service as a member of both the Owings Mills and Glyndon Volunteer Fire Companies. He enjoyed spending time at Sandy Hill Family Campground, pro wrestling, and the outdoors. Randy is survived by his sister, Tina Perna, several aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
