Joseph Michael Wenck, Sr., 74, of Taneytown, passed away on July 14, 2026, at his home. Born in Baltimore on October 20, 1951, he was the son of the late Elizabeth Stafford Wenck and George Wenck and the devoted husband of the late Janice Lynn Wenck, who passed away in March 2026. Before retiring, Joe worked as a forklift driver for GE and Unilever. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. Joe will be remembered for his love of trains, Ocean City, and, above all, spending time with his family, who cherished him deeply.
