James Leo Howes, Jr., of Westminster, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026. Born June 7, 1965, he was the son of Carol J. (Stem) Beimschla and the late James L. Howes, Sr. James worked as a landscaper and took pride in his work. He is survived by his mother, Carol; two children, Christopher Howes and Timothy Howes; sister, Heather Jones; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. James will be remembered by his family and loved ones for the life he shared with them and the memories they made together. He will be dearly missed.
