Mildred Theresa “Terry” Evans, 97, of Westminster, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Carroll Lutheran Village. Born September 22, 1928, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late William Herman and Anna May Schroeder and wife of the late Addison Allen Evans, Sr. Terry was a homemaker and devoted mother who cherished her family, reading, movies, Ocean City vacations, and summers in Cape May with her grandchildren. She loved shopping, her dogs, Christmas Eve traditions, and later enjoyed following the Orioles and Ravens. She is survived by her children, four grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
