Lillian Anita Haines Kehoe, 96, of Westminster, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at Sun Valley Assisted Living. Born October 17, 1929, in Dennings, MD, she was the daughter of the late Ralph A. Haines and Bessie Katherine Hughes Haines. A 1947 Westminster High School graduate, Lillian worked as a legal secretary for several local attorneys and a title company. She was connected to St. James United Methodist Church and St. John Catholic Church. Lillian enjoyed crocheting, sewing, gardening, canning, baking, photography, and time with family and her granddogs. She is survived by three children, 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
