Leading with Compassion. Inspiring with Purpose.
At Carroll Lutheran Village, women are helping shape the Life Plan Community’s future through leadership, innovation and a commitment to serving our residents.
From guiding strategic initiatives to enriching residents’ lives every day, their expertise, vision and dedication strengthen our community and mission.
Thanks to their leadership, residents and team members thrive at CLV.
How do residents find community and meaningful connections at CLV?
Building friendships is one of the best parts of life at CLV. With over 500 residents, there are countless opportunities to meet people who share your interests, whether through activities, fitness classes, clubs, dining, volunteer opportunities or simply getting to know your neighbors. Residents bring such diverse backgrounds and life experiences to the community. It’s easy to meet new friends and create meaningful relationships.
What inspires you most about CLV residents and your team?
I’m inspired by the way our residents continue to embrace life with curiosity, generosity and a willingness to try something new. Their stories, resilience and contributions remind us that there is always an opportunity to grow, connect and make a difference. I’m equally inspired by our team members who bring compassion, professionalism and a genuine commitment to serving others to their work each day. Together, our residents and team members create the sense of community that makes CLV a special place to work and call home.
