How do we start the process of buying and/or selling our home?Â
The process begins with a detailed Buyer and/or Seller Presentation in which I explain the agency relationship, lending, inspections, title, local market trends and settlement. I am personally with each client from the beginning to end and beyond. I am accessible; I listen; I educate; and I negotiate on my clients behalf. Knowledge is Power and being a member of 3 Realtor Associations gives me a competitive edge in the market. I served as the 2020 President for Carroll County Association of Realtors.
What areas of our region can you help us with real estate?
I was born and raised in Maryland. I have a home at the beach and split my time between the beach and Carroll County. The 2nd home market in MD & DE has been a hot spot for me over the last few years. This is truly a perfect time to buy that beach house… All of my business is based on referrals from clients, family, friends and peers.
