As an Associate Broker with Remax Advantage Realty I educate buyers and sellers throughout the home purchase and/or sale process. I am with the client through the entire process and for years to follow as their resource for real estate needs in Maryland and Delaware.
What motivated you to your profession?
All things “HOME” is who I am. This passion started in 1992 when I opened the Merry Maids home cleaning franchise in Carroll County. During this time, Merry Maids earned many sales, customer service, employee recognition and business awards. It’s because of this success that I felt the need to add another service to help my clients in all things “HOME”. In 2004, I received my real estate license in Carroll County and eventually became a top salesperson in the company and also served as the Carroll County Realtors® Association President in 2020.
As a woman business owner, I learned how to grow a business through passion, perseverance, recognition, respect and recommendations from clients. Gaining respect and referrals from clients is what makes me proud to be a part of the community, and allows me to mentor to other women starting their own business. Being a woman in business not only takes passion, it takes support from family. I thank God every day for the support from my husband and children.
