Carolyn Napier Bussey, 87, of Westminster, formerly of Annapolis, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2025, at Brightview Senior Living. Born on May 28, 1937, in Sedalia, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Delmar and Freta Napier. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Philip Bussey, and siblings Michael and Rita Napier. A gourmet cook and interior design enthusiast, Carolyn loved to entertain and dance. She enjoyed traveling around Europe with her husband. Carolyn is survived by her children, grandchildren, and her dear friend, Sam Kendrick, with whom she shared a close bond.
