Jacqueline Elizabeth Coates, 62, of Hanover, PA, passed away on April 4, 2025, at UPMC Harrisburg. Born February 21, 1963, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late William Edward Tugwell, Sr. and Marion Marie Tasker Seldomridge. Jacqueline is survived by her children, James Michael Coates, Jr. and Sarah Marion Grace Coates, as well as her brother, William Edward Tugwell, Jr. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Richard Seldomridge. Jacqueline will be remembered by her loved ones for the special place she held in their lives and the love she shared with her family.
