Arthur J. Martin, Sr., 92, of Eldersburg, MD, passed away on August 27, 2025. Born in Scranton, PA, he served in the U.S. Navy Air Force from 1952–1956. Art earned degrees from Springhill College and George Washington University, then had a 30-year federal career with the SSA and HCFA (now CMS). He also taught business and management courses at several Maryland community colleges for three decades. Art is survived by his beloved wife Ann, a large, loving family, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Peggy, three sons, and his best friend, George Bodden.
