Barbara D. Bollinger, 75, of Westminster, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2025, surrounded by family. Born May 6, 1949, she was the eldest daughter of Truman and Irene Stem and the beloved wife of Herbert Bollinger, Jr. for 54 years. Together, they raised seven children and cherished 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and two honorary sons. Barbara was active in civic and church organizations and had a deep love for children, running Barb’s Daycare after working as a bus driver. Known for her cooking—especially her potato salad and peanut butter fudge—Barbara will be remembered for her love, warmth, and generosity.
