Barbara Lee Bloom, 65, of Sykesville, passed away February 15, 2026, at Copper Ridge. Born in 1960, she was the daughter of the late Owen Walter Carroll and Norma Dee Jobe. Barbara worked as a CNA and will be remembered for her gentle spirit and simple joys. She loved lighthouses, listening to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, and especially her favorite song, Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd. She is survived by her three children, their father Raymond, her sister Beth, and three cherished grandchildren who will lovingly carry her memory forward.
