Barbara Lee (Green) Hoff, 82, of Westminster, MD, passed away on November 11, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born November 22, 1942, in Finksburg, she was the daughter of Sterling “Bob” and E. Mae Green, and the beloved wife of the late Ralph “Buck” Hoff. Barbara was the heart of her family—devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She owned and operated the restaurant at the Western Maryland Stock Yards, serving her community for many years. An avid traveler, she loved cruises, camping, and relaxing on the porch in West Virginia. A lifelong caregiver and member of the Winfield VFD Ladies Auxiliary, she leaves behind a legacy of love and family devotion.
