Barry Conover Mills, 83, of Westminster, passed away on August 26, 2025, at BridgingLife Dove House. Born July 14, 1942, in New Jersey, he was the son of Mary and David Mills and beloved husband of the late Joyce Ruth Mills. Barry served in the U.S. Army and later worked in law firm management. He graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College and West Virginia University, where he was active in Theta Chi and Omicron Delta Kappa. He was a member of the American Legion in Mt. Airy. He is survived by daughters Kathleen Mills and Freda Achea-Swensen, and brother Jeffrey Mills.
