Bernard “Bernie” A. Zetlmeisl, 85, of Finksburg, passed away on August 20, 2025, after a brief illness. Born in Baltimore on August 15, 1940, he was the devoted husband of 63 years to Charlotte Zetlmeisl. A graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic and Loyola College, Bernie worked as a software engineer for Westinghouse and Northrop Grumman. He raised his family in Ellicott City, coaching sports and volunteering at St. Louis Church. In retirement, he served faithfully at St. John Catholic Church. Bernie was a passionate sports fan and loving family man. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and extended family.
