C. Carl Graham, 88, of New Windsor, passed away on May 2, 2025. Born in 1936, he was a U.S. Army veteran and New Windsor High School graduate. He worked 35 years in the airline industry, including with Pan Am, and later spent 16 years at Walt Disney. A devoted husband to the late Betty Catherine Graham, Carl enjoyed travel and family life. He was a life-member of the Westminster Moose Lodge. Survived by sons Steve and Robert Arbaugh, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Carl returned to Maryland after 40 years in Florida. Burial will be private at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
