Carl Henry Baer, 71, of Westminster, passed away December 27, 2025, at BridgingLife Hospice at Sinai Hospital. Born August 6, 1954, in Hanover, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Clair Henry and Gloria Hare Baer. A 1973 graduate of Westminster High School, Carl worked as an automobile mechanic and enjoyed riding motorcycles. He is survived by his brothers, Kevin Baer of Westminster and Randy Baer and his wife Dyann of Hanover, Pennsylvania.
