Carl Wayne “Wayne” Rhoten, 78, passed away on January 3, 2026, at Autumn Lake at Longview in Manchester. Born August 18, 1947, he was the son of Carl and Margie Rhoten. Wayne proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army and later worked for the Maryland Department of Transportation. He was known for his love of motorcycles and enjoyed riding whenever he could. Wayne is survived by his close cousins.
