Carol Joanne Horsey, 74, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away at her home on April 7, 2026. She was the beloved wife of 54 years to the late Allen William Horsey. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Harold Thomas Sr. and Goldie Maxine “Belle” Davis. Carol worked in environmental services at Emeritus of Westminster and Evapco, where she was known for her kindness and willingness to help others. She enjoyed family time, caring for her plants, and her beloved dogs. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and extended family.
