Caroline Rimbey Kauffman, 72, of New Windsor, Maryland, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2026, at the Dove House in Westminster, surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of Larry Kauffman for 45 years. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Carrie Rimbey. Caroline dedicated more than 30 years to hospice care, compassionately serving others in their time of need. She enjoyed crocheting, caring for her animals, and spending cherished time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, grandchildren, and extended family.
