Carolyn Ann Brown, 88, of Westminster, passed away on March 16, 2025, at Sun Valley at Ridge Overlook. Born June 28, 1936, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Mather. A graduate of Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School, Carolyn was the wife of the late Raymond W. Brown, Jr., for 41 years. As a devoted farm wife, she enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Mary’s United Church of Christ. Carolyn is survived by her sons, grandchildren, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her son, brother, and sister.
