Carroll “Brian” Laws, born on October 8, 1971, in Baltimore, and died on November 26, 2025, at his home in Westminster, MD, was a devoted father, grandfather, and lifelong arborist. Brian found joy in simple pleasures—fishing, time with his children and grandson, and a humorous love-hate bond with the Baltimore Ravens. He is survived by his children, Jacob and Taylor Laws; his grandson, Kolson Chittum; his half-brother, James Pearce; his nephew, Nathan Mooney; and his aunt, Kim Morris. Above all, Brian’s greatest pride was the deep love he held for Jacob, Taylor, and Kolson.
