Carroll Community College is preparing to welcome hundreds of holiday shoppers to its third Annual Indoor Winter Market, set for Saturday, December 13, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event has grown steadily since its launch, becoming a seasonal favorite for families looking to shop local and enjoy festive activities—all in a warm, comfortable indoor setting.
This year’s market will feature 75 regional artisans, crafters, and small businesses, offering a wide range of handmade and locally sourced goods. Visitors can expect everything from fine art and woodworking to baked goods, jewelry, and cozy fiber arts. Examples of local creators taking part include Cozykid Crochet & Art, Cherry Creek Woodworking, Buziak Jewelers, and Looped In Fiber Arts, representing the variety and craftsmanship that have become hallmarks of the event.
Food lovers will also have plenty to explore with a lineup of local food trucks, including Cryin’ Johnnies, Its All Good Food Truck, Café and Catering, and sweet treats from Amped Up Candy Company.

Families attending the market will find more than shopping to enjoy. Children can participate in free craft activities (while supplies last), and visitors of all ages can snap a festive keepsake in a snow-globe-style photo booth. Organizers say the event is designed to offer a fun, welcoming atmosphere that encourages community connection during the holiday season.
Shoppers should note that no ATM is available on campus, so planning ahead for payments is encouraged. The Winter Market is presented with support from Carroll County Economic Development and the Carroll Community College Foundation. College staff describe the event as a “heartwarming holiday tradition,” inviting the community to celebrate the season while supporting local makers and small businesses.
