The Carroll County Arts Council (CCAC) has announced its Fall 2025 program schedule, unveiling a season filled with inclusive, affordable arts events designed to inspire connection and creativity throughout the community.

With a renewed vision under new Executive Director Stephen Strosnider and a refreshed staff, the nonprofit is focused on expanding access to the arts while honoring its rich local legacy. “We welcome everyone to experience the excitement and fun of these affordable, accessible art experiences right here in Carroll County,” said Strosnider.

This season’s lineup includes live music, movies, family-friendly events, and cultural programming—many of which are free or low-cost, with no membership required. Events are open to all, and new classes and performances are added weekly.

Stephen Strosnider, new Executive Director, says, “As a non-profit organization, we are so grateful for the support of our community as we cannot exist without our visitors, members, donors, sponsors, students, and those who purchase tickets to events and performances.” The Arts Council programs all encourage positive, joyful, shared experiences for any age, because as Stephen shares, “Art helps us to learn, grow and to engage with each other. Connect, inspire, create. This is our Arts Council, let’s make something meaningful together!”
