What do you love most about doing business in Carroll County?

Good People. Community Focus. Great Quality of Life. These are the things I love about doing business in Carroll County. It is truly a joy to live and work here. After more than 30 years in economic and workforce development, I’ve seen firsthand how Carroll County Economic Development plays a vital role in making fundamental investments and building strategic partnerships that strengthen and advance our local economy.

We invest in infrastructure, business development, and people’s skills with impacts that are both significant and meaningful. At the same time, Carroll remains small enough that collaboration happens naturally, and connections are genuine. There are many opportunities to connect, learn, give and contribute.

Here, every person and every business matters, each adding to the fabric of our community. Carroll County is a place where business thrives because people care, work together, and share a strong community vision.

– Denise Beaver, CEcD, Director, Economic Development
