Carroll County Launches Survey to Improve Digital Communication with Residents

Carroll County Government (CCG) is asking residents for feedback to enhance its digital communication platform, Carroll Connect, which provides updates on county services and community topics.

Carroll Connect, powered by GovDelivery, allows residents to receive only the information they want directly in their inbox. The county has launched a short survey to gather input on what topics residents would like included in the service.

CCG says open communication helps identify and address community issues more effectively. The platform is a free service designed to strengthen connections between local government and residents.

Open communication promotes collaboration, allowing issues to be identified and addressed more effectively between CCG and communities. “There’s no perfect communication platform, but Carroll County Government strives to provide current, timely information to its constituents,” the board said in its release.

Residents interested in signing up for Carroll Connect or completing the survey can visit the Carroll County Government website for more information.
