Cash Steven Owings, 16, of Westminster, passed away on December 2, 2025, at Carroll Hospital Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born June 3, 2009, he was the beloved son of Craig and Valerie Owings and the cherished younger brother of Samantha. Cash was a student at Francis Scott Key High School who loved spending time with friends, riding dirt bikes, and hunting and fishing. He was a member of St. Mary’s United Church of Christ, Pleasant Valley Community Junior Company, and American Legion Post #116. He is lovingly remembered by his extended family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
