Charles Marshall “Chuck” LePage, 68, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born June 19, 1957, in Charleston, West Virginia, he was adopted at six months by Charles Franklin and Nancy Lee Reese LePage. Chuck graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Business Finance and later moved to Maryland in 2017 to care for his father. He enjoyed ham radios, playing keyboards, swimming at Merritt’s warm water pool, and spending time with friends. Chuck is survived by his sister Nancy Brightbill, her husband Lon, his nephews, and his twin sons, Marshall and Michael West. A Celebration of Life will be held May 3.
