Charles W. Johnson, Sr., 96, of Woodbine, Maryland, passed away on November 19, 2025, surrounded by family. Born May 25, 1929, in Franklin County, PA, he was the son of the late David Luther and Anna Mary Johnson. He was predeceased by his wife of 71 years, Barbara Ann Johnson, and his son Larry Richard Johnson. Charles is survived by five children, 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. A dedicated member of Jennings Chapel United Methodist Church, he volunteered extensively, enjoyed camping, playing cards, and ran J & J Crane Rental. He retired from Campbell Sand and Gravel and will be fondly remembered for his family devotion and community spirit.
