Charles Wesley Tolle, Sr., 80, of Hanover, PA, passed away on February 18, 2026, at BridgingLife Dove House. Born October 9, 1945, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late William A. Tolle and Idell (Keller) Tolle. A dedicated public servant, Charles worked as a Baltimore City Fire Officer, volunteered with Westminster Fire Department, and served in the Army National Guard. He enjoyed golf and cheering for the Ravens, Orioles, and Capitals. He is survived by his wife, Patricia “Pat” Tolle; sons Chip and Bryan Tolle; and grandchildren Wesley, Morgan, and R.J. He was predeceased by his first wife and two brothers.
