Charlotte J. Marshall, born on June 23, 1941, in Baltimore and died on November 30, 2025, in Sykesville, was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother known for her vibrant personality and unwavering authenticity. Before retiring, she worked at Springfield Hospital Center. Charlotte loved crafting, shopping, and talking, and she embraced life with humor and honesty. She is survived by her brother Jimmy Frankton; her grandchildren Jay Warfield, Jessica Dukehart, Aleshia Warfield, and Matthew Schoepfer; many great- and great-great-grandchildren; and her niece and nephew. She was predeceased by her beloved children Teresa Beall, Andrew Cramer, and Kelly Frye.
