Constance “Connie” Marie Bingel, 76, of Hanover, passed away February 6, 2026, at UPMC Hanover Hospital. Born May 16, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Harry Carr, Jr. and Mary Margaret Hughes Carr and the beloved wife of William Christopher Bingel. Connie was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished her family above all. She is survived by her husband, daughter Lisa Hart, sister Wanda Wisby, three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
