Deborah Ann Stump, 71, of Westminster, passed away peacefully at home on August 14, 2025, surrounded by family. Born December 7, 1953, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Elizabeth Stump. Deborah was a member of Uniontown Bible Church and found joy in trips to Ocean City, bowling, bingo, carnivals, and time spent with her friends at The Arc. She is survived by sisters Donna Carroll (Bob) and Dawn McFadden (Samuel), nephew Brent Carroll, nieces Brooke Widomski (Randy), Kaylee Willis (Brian), and Lindsey Stem, and great-nieces and nephew Ella, Austen, Gabby, and Lexi.
