Deborah McKinsey, 65, of Hanover, passed away peacefully at home on August 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family after a long, courageous health battle. Born July 6, 1960, in Westminster, she was the daughter of Patricia Shuffler and the late Donald Shuffler. A 1978 graduate of Westminster High, Deb was a devoted wife to Tony McKinsey and a loving mother to Amanda Stultz. She adored her grandchildren, Abigail and Logan Forbes, and cherished her extended family and “bonus” grandchildren. A passionate bowler and dog lover, Deb will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love for her family.
