Debra “Debbi” Ann Meekins, 71, of Finksburg, passed away December 22, 2025, at her home. Born April 2, 1954, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Robert Samuel and Florence Janis Krauk and the devoted wife of the late Larry Eugene Meekins. Debbi was deeply committed to her community, serving as PTA president, working at M&T Bank, volunteering at food donation centers, and remaining active at Sandymount United Methodist Church. Above all, she cherished her family and dedicated her life to them. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, siblings, and extended family, and will be remembered for her generosity, service, and unwavering love.
