Donna Marie Miller, 70, of Westminster, passed away on March 30, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center, surrounded by her family. Born June 24, 1955, in Gettysburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Catherine Chronister and the devoted wife of Richard Miller for 54 years. Donna enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting, cooking, traveling—especially to Chincoteague—and attending craft fairs. She was a member of St. David’s United Church of Christ. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchild, siblings, and extended family. She was preceded in death by three siblings.
