Dorothy “Dottie” Louise Little Frock, 96, of Westminster, passed away on November 29, 2025, at Golden Crest Assisted Living. Born July 16, 1929, in Mt. Pleasant, she was the daughter of Carroll Koontz and Maude Helen Little and the devoted wife of the late Carroll Jesse Frock for 62 years. A Westminster High School graduate, Class of 1946, Dottie worked for several local businesses before serving 35 years at Carroll County Bank as assistant treasurer. A lifelong member of Benjamin’s Kriders United Church of Christ, she was active in many roles and in Eastern Star. She is survived by her son Myron, grandson Aaron, great-granddaughter Elena, and many nieces and nephews.
