
Leadership Maryland announced that Dr. Kelly Koermer, Vice President of Workforce, Business, and Community Education at Carroll Community College, has been chosen to participate in the Executive Program as a member of the Class of 2025. Koermer is one of 53 individuals chosen for the Leadership Maryland Executive Program’s 32nd class, who will complete the eight-month, hands-on learning program focused on the state’s most vital issues.
“Dr. Kelly Koermer has made a significant positive impact across the state of Maryland during her impressive career. She is a change agent who has greatly expanded the workforce, business, and community education programming at Carroll Community College. She has so much to share with her colleagues, and I know that what she learns from them and as a participant in this program will benefit the College,” said Dr. Rose Mince, president of the Carroll Community College.
“I am honored to be selected for the Leadership Maryland Executive Program’s Class of 2025. This opportunity to engage on Maryland’s most critical issues with a diverse group of leaders is exciting. I look forward to expanding my knowledge, building valuable connections, and contributing to positive and transformative change within our state,” said Koermer.
