Eddie Michael Blue (1950–2026) was an Episcopal priest, theologian, and devoted family man whose life centered on faith and service. Born in Indianapolis, he graduated from Shortridge High School and earned a degree from Indiana University Bloomington before completing seminary. Ordained in the Episcopal Church, he served Philadelphia parishes and spent 33 years as rector of Church of the Holy Trinity. A loving husband, father, and grandfather, Eddie cherished music, learning, sports, and songwriting. Known for gentle humor and deep spirituality, he leaves a legacy of compassion, intellect, and enduring faith.
