Edwin S. Mruk, 92, of Larchmont, NY, Watch Hill, RI, and Delray Beach, FL, passed away July 13, 2025, in Towson, MD. A Johns Hopkins graduate and business leader, he was a pioneer in executive search and founder of EMA Partners International. He served as an arbitrator for NASD and NYSE and held senior roles at Ernst & Young and in corporate HR. A prolific author, he contributed to executive compensation studies and advised legal and academic boards. Devoted to his Catholic faith, Edwin cherished family, faith, and food. He is survived by two sons, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
