Elizabeth “Nan” Anna Baumgardner, 91, of Sykesville, passed away on December 31, 2025, at Copper Ridge. Born December 9, 1934, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Howard and Elizabeth Jones and the wife of the late George Thomas Baumgardner, Sr. Nan was a devoted homemaker, mother to four, and a cherished mother figure to many. She enjoyed baking, playing cards, Bingo at the South Carroll Senior Center, and hosting family meals. A generous supporter of many charities, Nan is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and dear friends, and will be remembered for her love, kindness, and compassion.
