2026 Plant Sale hosted by the Silver Fancy Garden Club
The Silver Fancy Garden Club invites the community to dig in at its Annual Plant Sale on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 9 am to 1 pm, rain or shine. Shoppers can browse a variety of locally grown plants, lovingly cultivated and shared by club members. With no frills—just healthy, well-rooted selections—the sale offers something for both seasoned gardeners and those just beginning their planting journey.
The event will take place in the Nationwide Insurance parking lot in Taneytown, MD. Attendees can expect a beautiful assortment of heirloom perennials, many with unique stories rooted in members’ own gardens. Proceeds from the sale support the club’s beautification and community projects throughout Taneytown and Emmitsburg, making every purchase a meaningful contribution.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early for the best selection, bring a box for their plants, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere—whether coming with friends or meeting new ones.
