Carroll EnviroFest

The Carroll EnviroFest, which is free and open to the public, will showcase Carroll County community groups focused on environmental stewardship. The University of Maryland Insect Zoo will be onsite, and a rain barrel and compost bin will be given away during the event. The EnviroFest will also feature a youth recycled art contest for high school students with attendees voting for their favorite artwork.
