Composter & Rain Barrel Sale Pre-Order

Carroll County Recycling Operations is holding its annual compost bin and rain barrel sale. Orders must be placed and paid online at enviroworld.com/carrollcountymd by April 5, 2026. Customers must be prepared to pick up orders on Saturday, April 11, 2026, between 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. If you cannot pick up during this time, we suggest waiting until the next sale. Orders MUST be picked up during the designated pick-up time – we are not able to store unclaimed orders.
