Crafting Winter Gnomes
Participants are invited to create winter-themed gnomes using a variety of materials in this fun, hands-on winter craft program at the North Carroll Branch Library. Registration is required and will close on January 12, 2026, at 6:00 pm, so be sure to sign up before then. Space is limited, and there are currently 15 spots still available. This program is just for participants in the 10–17 age group.
